The registration process is terrible, and the service is also awful!

The time is off for Thursdays. The time says that they close at 7 PM (Thurs) but here I am standing in an empty parking lot at 5:20 PM. I'm grateful for free services but give me a correct time please so I don't waste mine.

I formerly gave nahc a two-star review because of the difficulty I had with communicating and making appointments over the phone, but all my experiences with care have been great so I'm bringing this review up to four stars. The best way to schedule an appointment is through texting. If you are going for a dental appointment, do not be over 15 minutes late or you will have a really hard time scheduling a future appointment. They don't tell you this, so don't be late. The care for Medi-Cal recipients and everyone else who goes here is really good! I always feel well cared for. If you get Medi-Cal you can also use the dental and mental health. You can get all your vaccinations here. You have to go somewhere else for vision.

Most medical providers are very nice & patient. They also offer dentistry, (up-to-date equipment & proceedures). They have same day emergency appointments available for medical & dental. They even do limited labs, such as blood tests. Preventative care. Some Saturday appointments.

They will give you a free COVID test even if you are not Native American. There is a tamale stand while you are waiting so you will not get hungry. The wait is about 2 hours so bring a chair.
